The seller offers: a) Digital products – 3D print files and ship model plans. Digital products are available for immediate download upon receipt of payment and are sent to the buyer's email address. b) Physical products – ship model kits, hull parts, and kit components. The price of physical products does not include shipping, which is calculated individually based on the weight of the package and the destination.

Digital products: The order is completed by making a payment through the payment gateway. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of receipt of payment. Physical products: The buyer first submits an inquiry via the form on the website. The seller then sends a price offer including shipping costs. The purchase contract is concluded when the buyer confirms the offer and pays a deposit or the full price as agreed.

Prices are listed in Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EUR) excluding VAT. The seller is not a VAT payer. Payment for digital products is processed securely through the Stripe payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard, and other payment cards). Payment for physical products is made by individual agreement (bank transfer, payment gateway).

Digital products are delivered by email immediately upon payment confirmation, within 24 hours at the latest. Physical products are dispatched usually within 5 business days of receipt of payment. The delivery time depends on product availability and the destination. The buyer will be notified by email when the package is shipped.

Digital products: In accordance with applicable law, the buyer has no right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content if the digital content has been delivered with the buyer's consent before the withdrawal period has expired. Physical products: The buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

Physical products are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months from receipt of the goods. To make a warranty claim, contact petrhybek@seznam.cz with a description of the defect and photos. For digital products, the seller ensures that the files are functional and match the description. In case of a technical problem, contact the seller and the issue will be resolved.

The buyer's personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and is protected in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For detailed information, see the Privacy Policy section.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is provided by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz). The seller reserves the right to update these terms.
